Introduction
“Work Your B”

Hi, I’m Willem Warnaar, a personal trainer here to help you reach your fitness goals and become the healthiest version of yourself. While the phrase “becoming the healthiest version of yourself” is commonly used by personal trainers and coaches, let me explain what it means to me.
I’m not here to promise that every day will be extraordinary if you start training with me. Instead, I believe in focusing on building healthy habits and finding the right balance that works for your unique lifestyle.
One way to achieve balance is by training both your body and mind. Move your feet, lift weights, maintain a balanced diet, and take time to sit in silence. Focus on consistency rather than intensity to build lasting habits. Walk, run, hike, bike, swim, row, or catch a wave—whatever works for you. Train with functional (weighted) movements through varied workouts. Eat clean, whole, unprocessed foods most of the time, and make time for yourself, your family, and your friends. Lastly, engage in your hobbies, focus on personal growth, and reflect on your thoughts and well-being.
If you start living by this code, the rest will follow, and things will fall into place—at least, that’s been my experience. Of course, some things are undeniable: you can’t control everything. But by living this code, you’ll achieve small wins that bring you closer to your bigger goals. It builds discipline and provides structure. I’m not guaranteeing you’ll land your dream job in a year or lose 20 kg in three months, but I will show you how to prioritize yourself, set boundaries, and reach your full potential.
“Work Your B” primarily stands for “Work Your Bliss.” The name came to me during a meditation session while attending my yoga teacher training in Palolem, India. The “B” is capitalized because, in my view, “Bliss” is the meaning of life. It’s about smiling at life, pursuing your purpose and doing what makes you happy. On top of that, the ‘B’ can also stand for Body, Booty, Belly, and more—honestly, great phrases for marketing purposes, don’t you think? Haha.
My services are focused on training (body and mind), nutrition, and building new habits. I prefer a practical, straightforward, and “no-nonsense” approach when guiding my clients.
